KIDS Grants
(Kids Initiating a Difference in Society)

Goal:  Support projects initiated by students that benefit the community and/or environment.  Maximum amount granted to one project is $150.

Community Partnership Grants presented by Northern Trust Bank

Goal:  Provide the school-community with speakers, performances, and programs that promote learning about education, child development and well-being, and parenting.

Teacher Grants

Goal:  Supoort learning in the classrooms.  Proposals need to have district wide value, enhance the District curiculum and Serve as a pilot/model for other schools/settings.

Next deadline is:

 March 1, 2012

Decisions are sent by early May

It's back!  Introducing the 2012 Inquiry Grants program.  Training will be held again this year at the Brookfield Zoo the week of July 16.  One fabulous teacher per elementary school and two per middle school are eligible to attend.
